OCD Specialization
OCD doesn't have to
define your life
I know what OCD feels like from the inside — the exhausting cycles, the intrusive thoughts, the shrinking world. I also know that recovery is real, because I lived it. About 95% of my practice focuses exclusively on OCD.
Understanding OCD
What OCD actually feels like
OCD isn't about being “organized.” It's a relentless cycle that takes over your mind, your time, and your life.
Intrusive Thoughts
Unwanted, disturbing thoughts about harm, contamination, relationships, or existential fears that feel impossible to control.
Compulsive Rituals
Checking, washing, counting, reassurance-seeking. They provide momentary relief but strengthen the cycle.
Avoidance
Your world shrinks as you structure life around triggers. OCD expands its territory.
Constant Doubt
The unbearable feeling that something is wrong, that you missed something, that you need to check one more time.
A Different Approach
Why I'm not like other therapists
Most therapists learn about OCD from textbooks. I learned about it by waking up at 3am with intrusive thoughts I couldn't stop. By spending hours trapped in compulsive rituals. By thinking my life was over.
That lived experience gives me something no degree can — a deep, intuitive understanding of what you're going through. When you describe your darkest moments, I don't just understand intellectually. I've been there.

The Process
How Transformative Therapy
addresses OCD
Insight & Acceptance
We map your OCD patterns — triggers, compulsions, avoidance behaviors. Then we build a foundation of acceptance: learning to sit with uncertainty instead of fighting it.
Warrior & Exposure
Gradual, structured exposure to feared situations. Not reckless confrontation, but systematic courage-building. You'll face what scares you at a pace that feels challenging but safe.
Life & Existentialism
Addressing the deeper layers — the existential fears, the questions about meaning, the identity shifts. This is what makes Transformative Therapy different from standard CBT.
Flexibility & Integration
Building lasting psychological flexibility. Not just managing symptoms, but fundamentally changing your relationship with your thoughts. Recovery that stays.
Recovery Stories
They broke free from OCD
I'd like to wholeheartedly recommend Pavel. The way my life is changing because of him is incredible. Three years ago I saw my life very darkly — that with OCD I wouldn't be able to live properly. I no longer think that. It's very liberating.

I controlled everything — food, things, thoughts. Pavel showed me that the opposite is true. I learned to let go and live. His own experience with OCD gave me hope that I could do it too.

Intrusive thoughts chased me all day. I couldn't sleep, work, or live. Pavel showed me the way out — not just with theory, but with his own story. Today I live a life where my thoughts are no longer my enemy.

I came with anxiety about death that wouldn't let me sleep. Pavel managed to do what seemed impossible to me — he freed me from that irrational fear. He used a wide variety of methods and approaches.
